Camp Aide

Hours Per Week: Available to start May 21, 2017; Negotiable, Monday – Friday / PT weekdays; Seasonal June through August

This job is a non-exempt, part-time, hourly position ($12.00/hour)

Description: Aide the Education team during the Discovery Days Summer 2017 season. Support Seattle Children’s Museum’s Discovery Days camp programs by offering the Museum’s safe, interactive, themed and age appropriate focused activities intended to pique the campers’ learning experience and interest.

Birthday Greeter & Play Facilitator

Hours Per Week: 25-30 hours; 3 days a week, either Friday – Sunday or Saturday – Monday (required to work both Saturday & Sunday)

This job is a non-exempt, part-time, hourly position ($12.50/hour)

Description: Promote Seattle Children’s Museum’s mission by providing quality visitor experience to children and their caregivers through welcoming and directing visitors, enforcing policies, accurately responding to questions, facilitating birthday parties, offering playful exhibit-focused and special themed activities intended to pique the visitors’ learning experience and role modeling to caregivers the effectiveness of imaginative play.
