Informal Education is at the heart of everything we do at the Museum. When we are handing kids a ball of clay in the Imagination Studio or when we are looking at the newly sprouted seeds in our Lil Green Thumbs exhibit.
At the Museum, we have an educational staff the designs, develops and delivers educational opportunities ranging from play spaces where caregivers and their child can engage together to interactive programs to summer camps.
As a resource for educators, we offer a variety of opportunities for Educators to engage at the Museum:
Bring your class or group to the Museum for a field trip!
Design a program and share it through our RFP process!
Augment your home school curriculum with regular visits to the Museum!
Encourage parents to bring their kids to one of our School Age Series programs!
