How to order:
The Museum has modified our gift membership process to allow for faster turn around times and to make the process easier for you! Follow this link to purchase the gift membership. Please note that you will enter your name, address and contact information. The recipient of the gift will provide their information when they redeem.
Your order will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation email as well as an electronic membership voucher. Vouchers are valid for up to 3 months. (The membership is for one year starting on the date the membership is redeemed).
Gift Membership Redemption Process:
You will receive an electronic membership voucher after you purchase the gift membership. This should be passed on to the gift membership recipient. They can use the electronic membership voucher to redeem their membership online and provide us with all of their contact information and the names on the membership. We'll send them their membership cards, welcome packet and the coupons/passes that come with their membership. We ask that gift memberships are redeemed within three months of purchase.
Why use this process?
This process has several advantages:
1) The Membership you purchase does not become active until the gift recipients redeem it. The gift recipient doesn't loose any time on their membership between when you purchase it and when they redeem it.
2) You don't need to know all the details for the family you are giving the membership to, because they will enter that information when they redeem the membership online.
3) You can give this membership to anyone or use it in a gift exchange! You don't need to submit who will be receiving the membership - just provide them with the redemption code.
