Informal Education is at the heart of everything we do. When we are handing kids a ball of clay in the Imagination Studio or when we are restocking the shelves in our Metropolitan Market.
We have an educational staff that designs, develops, and delivers educational opportunities ranging from engaging play spaces for caregivers and their children to interactive daily programs and immersive summer camps. We also work with local artists, performers, educators, and authors to bring their talents to our visitors.
There are a number of ways to engage in the learning happening at the Museum:
- Bring a class or group to the Museum!
- Share your talents by designing a program!
- Augment your home school curriculum with regular visits to the Museum!
- Attend one of our daily programs designed for your child's age group!
