Use this form as the first step in reserving multiple camp days for your child.  A Camp Coordinator will call you within 48 hours to complete your registration and accept payment.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at the time of booking.
Complete payment is due on May 1st and is non-refundable after that point.
After May 1st, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Transfer Policy:

Camp payments are non-refundable after the dates mentioned above. The Museum does allow for the following transfers of payment:

• With a minimum of 2 week notice, a camp reservation can be transferred to another summer day for the same child. (based on availability)
  
• With a minimum of 2 weeks notice, a camp reservation can be transferred to another child. (based on availability and completion of paperwork)
