Plan Your Visit

How long should we stay?

The length of your visit depends on your little one.  Some kids find themselves absorbed for hours, while others like to keep moving!  Depending on the interests of your child you could:

Spend 30 minutes in one of our daily programs.

Spend 5 - 20 minutes in each exhibit.

Spend 25 minutes in our Imagination Studio.

Spend 20 minutes on a walk around International Fountain on a sunny day.

Spend 30 minutes in our noon time story time.

Daily Admission includes in-and-out privileges all day. Step away from the Museum for lunch or for nap time!

Fawndre: Seattle Children's Museum

Daniel LOVED the museum. It was pretty cool and there wasn't anything "too big" for Daniel to participate in. Its definitely for LITTLE kids.

All the Places I call Home

The Children's Museum is really beyond words. It is a child's paradise! Everything is hands on and meant for experiential learning. It is also child size.. .Even those children who are slow to become engaged and participate were active and enjoying themselves. We opened the field trip up to parents so that they could go with their children. We had nine children go total and six of these children were accompanied by their parents. It was such a fun outing!
