The Children's Museum, Seattle depends on the generosity of organizations, individuals and companies to help us continue to serve families in the Northwest.

While located on the Seattle Center Campus, the Museum is a separate 501c3 organization.  As a non-profit, we strive to have a budget based 40% on donations and 60% on earned revenue from admissions and memberships.

Donations to the Museum support our renovation projects, allow us to open our doors free of charge to low-income families, support local artist and performers inside the Museum and provide a safe, clean and educational place for children ages 10 and younger to explore and play with their families.

To assure that all fundraising efforts at The Children's Museum, Seattle are successful and complement each other, we have defined five themes which refer to our key fund raising / development opportunities of our calendar year. Click each for more information.

We have a variety of ways for you to help and get involved. And remember, little things matter at TCM. It's a combination of all the little things that create a kid-sized world of exploration and discovery in our 22,000 square feet of exhibit space. For us, every little donation makes a difference.

• Volunteering a few hours a week.
• Becoming a Board Member.
• Asking your company to become a corporate sponsor.
• Encouraging your child's school to take a field trip to TCM.
